“I want a Sunday kind of love”
You know like what the song said, the one that gets past Saturday. Saturday kind of love is for show but Sunday kind of love is for keeps. I want all my Sundays to be with you and our son. I want us to chase after our little boy until I get tired and let you do all the running. I won’t have to think of what to cook because it is Sunday and we can always order in or have something to go. If it’s summer, we can go for a picnic and drive somewhere nice and green. If it’s winter, we can always stay under the sheets and pretend that we are in a hotel. I hope you’ll let me and our son eat on the bed. If we make a mess, you can clean it up after. I want our Sundays to be lazy because we are going to be working so hard during the week and the next day will be a Monday. And the Sunday kind of love will have to wait again for another week. But that’s okay because the Sunday kind of love makes you okay to wait for it.
